Two bed apartment units, 6 no. One bed apartment units and two no. 2.5 storey duplexes each containing a ground floor, two bedroom unit and a first and second floor three bedroom unit. Block b: consists of four no. 2.5 storey duplexes each containing a ground floor two bedroom unit and a first and second floor three bedroom unit. Block c: consists of four no. 2.5 storey duplexes each containing a ground floor two bedroom unit and a first and second floor three bedroom unit. Block d: consists of four no. 2.5 storey duplexes each containing a ground floor two bedroom unit and a first and second floor three bedroom unit and associated ancillary site works including surface car-parking accessed from monastery road and underground car-parking is provided with access to the site from monastery park.
