A new building along the realigned sundale park, stepping up from three storeys at its southern extreme to six storeys, locally, at fortunestown way/realigned sundale park corner, containing 25 no. Two-bed and 1 no. Three-bed apartments from first to sixth floor level inclusive, over retail units and ancillary spaces at ground floor level. A new two-storey building between the existing retail and sundale park comprising a gym at first floor level and a creche with rear garden/play area at ground floor level.
