- Industrial unit with a footprint of 5200sq. M. With two storey offices to the south. The overall floor area including the first floor office accommodation is 5761sq. M. With an overall height generally of 8.13m to the eaves and a 10m overall height to the office section of the development. Incorporated within the north east corner of the facility is a high bay section which consists of a mono pitch roof, having an average height of 15m over finished floor level. The development includes three depressed loading docks and one on-grade door, an external water storage tank, a waste water holding tank, a compressor room, a sprinkler tank and pump house and a nitrogen farm, all located to the rear of the facility. The application also includes all necessary roads, hard standings, car parking and ancillary works together with access road to the facility from the magna business park roundabout including all necessary foul and surface water sewers and watermain and miscellaneous works, on a site of approximately 2.25 hectares at fortunestown, tallaght, dublin
