Development description

Change of house type and design from the previously approved house on site (reg. Ref. No's. Sd02a/0416 and sd04a/0330) to a new 2 storey over part basement house (with part of the roof space as habitable area served by dormer windows forming 3 storey level over part of house). The new proposed house to have habitable balconies at first floor level (front and back) and it is proposed that the main front building line of the house be set back 5 metres from the front building line of the previously approved house. This new proposal also involves the relocation of the entrance gateway to the access roadway (currently under construction) approximately 13 metres in a north-east direction to a more central location on the site, the construction of entrance walls, piers, gates and railings to front boundary and the inclusion of a single storey "gate-lodge" style garage close to the entrance, all at site of previously approved house and entrance.
