M. ); block d consisting of 3-storey + attic residential (12 x 2 bed) with associated landscaping, with underground car-parking with ramp access at tay lane containing 96 car-parking spaces & bicycle parking & bin stores. In addition: the glebe house is to be retained & converted to office use. A total of 39 apartments and 96 car parking spaces will be provided within landscaped open spaces and site works. The entire development to be accessed via a pedestrian entrances at main street. The glebe house is a protected structure.
