Development description

New storage facility as an extension to their existing building to store parts, tools and other items that are already stored and used on site. The proposed building will be adjoining the existing building . It will be located on the northern side of the main production building and the western side of the existing warehouse/store building therefore 'squaring off' the north elevation. It will consist of a two bay portal frame structure, constructed and finished to a specification and apperance similar to that of the adjcent buildings, and will include an external boiler house and caged battery charge area for fork lift trucks. The overall area of the new building and support spaces will be 1752.00 sq. M. The proposed site is covered with an ipc licence from the epa, refrence no. 275.
