M. Reception waiting area for the permitted medical facility. Block 2 - reduction in the floor area of the first floor level above permitted shop units 3 & 4, by the removal of the 1.8m overhanging section of these upper units; no change to the front elevation of the building results; provision of a new 9.4sq. M.
