The development will consist of the retention of hipped roof to single storey sun room, retention of one approved (1180sq. Mm. ) and one additional (1180 x 720mm) obscured 'as-built' bathroom velux roof-lights at a height of 1700mm over finished first floor level; retention of as-built modifications to northern gable bedroom window.
