Demolish the existing crosslands filling station and construct a 6-storey building over a basement consisting of 6 no. 1 bedroom, 25 no. 2 bedroom and 7 no. 3 bedroom apartments with balconies together with 2 no. Retail units on the ground floor incorporating increased cycle and bin stores. A small esb sub-station has been re-located toprovide better use of amenity space and an equipped children's play area has now been provided. Roof gardens will be provided at fourth and fifth floor levels. The basement has been increased to provide for 50 no. Car parking spaces. Hard and soft landscaping has been amended.
