Units for office and showroom use and a coffee shop of approx. 120 sqm (in unit 2); block b (2,130 sqm) is a double height single storey building (including 534 sqm at mezzanine level) comprises of 9 no. Units for trade park use; block c (2,130 sqm) is a double height single storey building (including 534 sqm at mezzanine level) comprises of 9 no.
