The development will consist of the following amendments to the permitted retail area: change of use proposed for unit 4 for the change of use from permitted class (1) to class (2), as listed in the planning and development regulations 2006. (permission is sought to alter the use from that permitted, a shop, to a 130 sq. M. William hill betting office). The development will also consist of 2 satellite dishes and associated antennae at roof level and minor re-configuration of the internal walls.
