The development will comprise of a taxi kiosk to the rear, a shop to the front, on the ground floor, and one (1 bed) apartment over, on the first floor on lands at finnstown shopping centre, lock road, finnstown, lucan. The proposed apartment will have a projecting balcony to the front, at first floor level, and 5 velux-type roof lights, while part of the roof and two of the velux roof lights on the on the adjacent apartment will be re-positioned.
