Demolition of 2 no. Habitable houses consisting of an existing single storey cottage with out-buildings and a detached dormer dwelling. A proposed residential development consisting of 25 no. Dwelling units in an arrangement of 2 no. Blocks a & b (10 no. 2 bed apartments and 15 no. 3 bed houses). The proposed houses are terraced and are two storeys in height.
