(1) three new houses on the site, which are entered through a private courtyard facing whitestown road, the houses are two and a half stories high on the whitechurch road side and one and a half stories high on the st. Patrick's cottages side with balconies at first and second floor level to whitechurch road. New vehicular access is required from whitechurch road to 5 car parking spaces at ground level for the new houses and two spaces within the courtyard of the millhouse. Demolition and rebuilding of the boundary wall along whitechurch road, (2) conservation works to the existing millhouse, including the demolition of existing porch and rear extension, re-rendering of external facade in lime-render, repairs and replacement with re-made originals of existing windows, installation of bathrooms at second floor level, rearrangement of lightweight partitions at second floor level and repairs to internal plasterwork.
