A two storey extension to the side as previous planning approval (decision order ref: 1132). This application is for the retention of the following amendments to that application (reg. Ref. Sd06b/0239): previous reception room extended to full ground floor area to the front; area to the rear of new reception increased by 7sq. M from previously approved application, this area is to be used as a temporary kitchen area; a new stairs to the first floor has been included in the new extension; access from the original building and the new extension has been provided at ground and first floor level. The first floor area of the extension has been reduced by 1.4 sq. M a lean-to roof has been provided for newly extended area at the rear. An ensuite bathroom has been provided for 1 of the bedrooms in the new extension & anew stair link has been included to an attic storage room.
