Redevelopment of existing traveller halting site to accommodate the three families, currently resident on the site, in group housing. The proposal comprises the demolition of existing facilities on the site and the construction of: 2 no. 4 bedroom / 8 person dormer type dwellings; 1 no. 2 bedroom / 3 person single storey dwelling. The works to include; demolition of existing walls (internal to the site), demolition of existing service units, construction of dwelling units, infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping works, and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site. Plans and drawings of the proposed development are on display at the headquarters of south dublin county council, county hall, tallaght, dublin 24 and civic offices, clondalkin, dublin 22, during normal working hours until tuesday 5th august 2008 and on the council website: http://www.
