The total gross floor area of the office building remains at 5,919 sq. M . Permission is also sought for minor alterations to the landscaping scheme and site development works that were previously permitted under reg ref sd06a/0296. No revisions are proposed for the vehicular access arrangements or car parking previously approved under ref ref sd06a/0296 and subsequently reg ref sd07a/0688
