M. ) and the construction of a 36sq. M. Single storey extension, with natural stone clad chimney stack with timber framed double glazed screen and doors with a hipped & pitched roof with natural slate finish providing living accommodation to the rear; the external walls will be re-rendered and areas will be clad with natural stone; existing windows will be replaced with timber framed double glazed windows and doors; terraces at ground floor are formed using natural stone walls.
