This application includes for the removal of first floor dormer bedroom accommodation and its replacement with a larger first floor bedroom and en-suite accommodated in new rising walls, an 'a' pitched roof with a new bay window at first floor facing south east to the rear garden and a new window facing north west to willowbank park, at the side of the house above the new main entrance doors ( with new opal glass canopy and new access steps) - increasing the first floor area from 49 m2 to 63 m2.
