M. ) to be located between norteast corner of the existing croughs pub along its eastern elevation and the proposed development at ground floor level together with a new retractable feature canopy over smoking area and alterations to the existing east elevation of the pub to incluse modifications from window to double doors (access to smoking area) and internal minor alterations together with sound barriers surrounding new smoking area to the north and south, landscaping and associated works at fortunestown shopping centre (with frontage onto cookstown road). Significant further information: the proposed licensed betting office replaces the betting office previously granted at ground floor level of the existing croughs pub/restaurant under planning permission reg.
