  • The provision of new vehicular entrance from existing roundabout on belgard road & secondary entrance from greenhills road (existing vehicular entrance from old blessington road to be retained & existing entrance roadway to be re-aligned): provision of upgraded & new internal roads incorporating cycleways, footpaths & verges within the campus, resulting in the removal of 151 no. Existing car parking spaces: reconfiguration & extension of existing car parks & provision of new parking areas throughout the campus resulting in an increase in overall car parking provision from 660 to 808 no spaces - the increase in car parking is parking is provided for by 196 no. Additional spaces in a new car park adjacent to the synergy building located in the southern area of the campus, 81 no. Additional spaces provided as an extension to the existing car park located to the north west of the main it tallaght building & 22 additional spaces to the front of the existing campus main building; the existing cycle parking provision( 115no. Spaces) will be maintained; upgrading of site services including surface water drainage works; new signage at the new belgard road & greenhill's road entrances 4.5m(h) x 2.5m(w) x 0.4m(d); provision of new 2.2m high belgard road boundary wall/fence
  • 222m in length, random rubble stone facing & solid steel buffed infill bars; hard & soft landscaping throughout the site & new/upgraded campus street lighting.
