Sludge holding tanks; 1 no. Clearwater tank; 2 no. Washwater recovery tanks; 1 no. Balancing tank; 1 no. Stores building; associated site development works and interconnecting pipework, with all services connected to existing public services at this location; ancillary chambers and pumping stations; 1 no.
