Of office/canteen at first floor level; (2) renovation of a part single storey, part two storey building comprised of convenience store, pharmacy, stores and sanitary conveniences at ground floor level and office/canteen at first floor level into a mostly 2 storey mixed use building with extended footprint area from 337sq. M. To 354sq. M. Complete with a total of 3 no. New first floor level apartments comprising 2 no. 2 bed units with floor areas of 85sq. M. And 84.09sq. M. And 1 no. 1 bed unit with a floor area of 55.5sq. M; two of the apartments will be accessed from a new first floor level external walkway via a new entrance door located off the laneway to the north of the building with the other 2 bed apartment accessed from a new entrance door/stairs located on teh south facing elevation onto limekiln lane; the building will incorporate balconies and external walkways with glazed guarding, mono pitched roof and a combination of brick, rended and aluminium cladding to the various elevations; (3) provision of 13 no. Car parking spaces (9 exist in current configuration) and separate store for 4 no. Bicycle spaces; (4) provision of all ancillary site development works.
