The residential development will include all associated site development works, car parking and landscaping; access to the development is via the existing vehicular access at templeogue road, which is to be widened as part of the works all on 0.46 hectare site bounded to the south by templeogue road, to the north by ashfield close, to the east by 'burnsley house' and to the west by 'ashfield house'.
