M) and the construction of a new two storey primary school extension consisting of 15 classrooms, junior general purpose room, library, staff room, and minor internal works to the existing single storey school including new classroom and all ancillary accommodation associated with the extension (total area 2700sq. External works include new set down area to balgaddy road, repositioning the pedestrian and vehicular entrances, provision of 44 car parking spaces, new bicycle stands, 3 junior play areas, repositioning existing pedestrian crossing to balgaddy road and all associated ancillary works. The proposed works to the senior national school will consist of the construction of a new two storey extension consisting of 8 classrooms, senior general purpose room, library, special tuition rooms, minor internal works to the existing senior school (adjoining new extension) and all ancillary accommodation associated with the extension (total area 1434sq. M). External works include 1 temporary, two storey classroom prefab unit, the removal of an existing bicycle lane (67m), 8 additional car parking spaces, 4 senior play areas, new bicycle stands and all associated ancillary works.
