  • Residential development in the townlands of kilcarbery and corkagh demesne, old nangor road, clondalkin consisting of: (i) 109 residential units comprising: (a) 8 x 4 bed units, (b) 71 x 3 bed units, (c) 15 x 1 bed apartments; and (d) 15 x 2 bed apartments; (ii) renewable energy design measures for each housing unit; (iii) internal distributor road and temporary fencing providing access to the site from the old nangor road; (iv) relocation of the existing bus stop on the old nangor road; (v) esb substation; (vi) surface water measures including the provision of attenuation ponds adjoining the camac river; (vii) temporary construction signage; (viii) estate signage; (ix) temporary fencing around northern and western site perimeter until such a time as development is constructed and occupied on the adjoining land; and (x) all associated site works. Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy from 25th may 2017 up to and including 06th july 2017 at south dublin county council, county hall, tallaght, dublin 24 and civic offices, clondalkin, dublin 22 between the hours of 9.00am
