The subject alterations are as follows: (1) provision of a new ancillary bottle store building to the proposed building to the proposed buildings southern elevation measuring 246sq. M warehousing area, 47sq. M office accommodation and 33sq. M staff facilities, overall height 5.16m. (2) ancillary forklift charging/bottle handling facility as previously proposed at 215sq.
