The modifications result in the creation of 10 houses in two terraces and 2 semi-detached houses, in place of 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached house; the above modifications result in the provision of 5 additional houses; alterations to permitted unit no. 194 to provide for a change of house type from type 4b to type 1b; alterations to the siting of permitted unit no's 174, 175, 186-193, 195-200 and 210-227 resulting in the revised location of the houses within these sites and associated modifications to the sizes of private gardens within this area of the site and associated modification to the car parking layout relating to permitted unit no's 174-227 to allow for an additional 26 spaces and 1 visitor space, increasing the total parking provision from 96 spaces to 123 spaces.
