- A new energy centre to provide for a future district heating distribution network for the south dublin district heating scheme tallaght. The development will consist of: a new two storey energy centre building containing plant-rooms, office and welfare facilities, comprising an internal floor area of c. 491sq. M incorporating an esb substation. The site will be accessed using the existing vehicular entrance off airton road. The works also include 2 cylinder water tanks located to the west of the main centre both of which extend to c. 5m diameter, and c. 8m above ffl and 2 parking spaces for service vehicles along with general landscaping and site works. The preferred routes for phase 1 of the underground distribution network of the south dublin district heating scheme is also set out in this proposal. Public display: plans and particulars of the proposed scheme will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during the period from 19th october to 30th november 2018 (between the hours of 9:00am
