Demolition of the existing warehouse unit (1,632sq. M) and the construction of a new 5-6 storey building, accommodating 64 apartments, comprised of 20 1-bed apartments, 16 2-bed apartments, 8 3-bed apartments, 20 2-bed duplex apartments and 1 unit at ground floor level to be either retail or cafe. The proposed development also provides for a podium and an undercroft car parking area, at ground floor level, accommodating 37 car parking spaces, 167 bicycle parking spaces, bin storage, plant room and 2 esb substations. Vehicular access to the development will be from the cookstown road. On a total site area of approx. 0.28ha (0.7acres).
