Development description

  • The expansion of the existing warehouse facility through the construction of a 2320m2 x 1sm high single storey structure to the west of and adjoining the existing facility. This extension shall house ambient and temperature controlled storage zones and shall be served by three articulated vehicle loading docks on its northern elevation as well as on grade loading doors on the western elevation. The building shall be clad in plastisol coated insulated metal cladding and shall house solar panels on its roof. 2 )the rationalisation of the existing delivery vehicle loading area through the expansion of the existing loading docks on the northern elevation measuring 536.28m2 x 6.9m high and containing individual rigid vehicle loading docks. The building shall be ct4 in plastisol coated insulated metal cladding
  • The extension of the existing yard area on the western side of the site to accommodate vehicle loading and the relocation of the existing compactor building and workshop to the south west comer of the site
  • The extension of the existing staff and visitor car park on the eastern side of the site
  • Alteration to boundary treatment to robinwood road through the realignment of the existing wall and the installation of a new pedestrian and bicycle access at the north west comer of the site
  • The installation of two levels of new fenestration to the eastern elevation of the existing building
  • The installation of a new underground surface water attenuation system beneath the new western yard complete with petrol interceptor and hydro brake to augment the existing site systems
