The development amends a permitted warehouse development (as granted under sdcc reg. Ref. Sd19a/0264 and sdcc reg. Ref. Sd21a/0276). Retention permission is sought for the following modifications: the provision of 3 no. Gas tanks (c. 1.5 metres high) with associated fencing to the north of the site, resulting in the omission of 6 no.
