- The proposed development will consist of: the construction of two logistics /warehousing units (units 5a and 5b) with associated office accommodation, service yards, ancillary structures/areas, and substation with two switch rooms. The overall floor area of the proposed logistics /warehousing units is c. 12,191.9 sq. M (gross internal area (gia)) with a total of c. 922.1 sq. M of office space. See following breakdown of each unit: o unit 5a will comprise gia c. 8,255.5 sq. M (including c. 635.8 sq. M of associated office space) and measures c. 17.6m from finished floor level (ffl) to roof ridge; o unit 5b will comprise gia c. 3,936.4 sq. M (including c. 286.3 sq.
