Dwelling units consisting of 111 no. 2 & 3 bed apartments and 10 no. 3 bed duplex units all located in 11 no. 2,3,4 & 5 storey blocks all being apart of phase 2b of an overall development known as the paddocks at arlie stud, adamstown. The proposed development also includes for a crèche (763sq. M. ) in a separate 1 & 2 storey building. This application includes for all associated site development and infrastructural works, 1 no. Esb sub-station, public opens spaces, landscaping and surface and underground car parking (204 spaces in total) all on a site area of approx. 3.2 hectares located south of hillcrest estate at dodsborough, lucan, co. Dublin, west of adjacent phase 1 of the paddocks, adamstown, co. Dublin, east of dodsboro road/adamstown boulevard and north of adamstown drive distributor road. The proposed development also includes for all necessary upgrading works to existing dodsboro road directly west of the proposed development site and completion of east-west distributor road known as adamstown drive to the south of the proposed development site. The site will be accessed via 2 no. Vehicular access points
