M) contains 67 apartments, ancillary accommodation, communal open space and associated balconies in a four storey block, comprising 35 one bed apartments and 32 two bed apartments; block c (1,181sq. M) contains 12 dwellings and associated terraces and gardens in a three storey block, comprising 6 three bed duplex units over 6 two bed apartments; block d (770sq. M) contains 6no.
