  • (a) change of use from permitted residential use to exhibition space on second floor (b) change of use of part of ground floor from permitted cafe/restaurant to exhibition and ancillary retail space (c) omission of velux rooflights to rear of existing roof (d) omission of glass ballustrade to rear boundary wall. Internal alterations to existing building to facilitate new exhibition use, including (e) re-configuration and replacement of roof timbers within second floor/attic roof structure to provide increased head height (f) installation of fixed partitions with audio-visual display screens and associated equipment throughout ground, first and second floors (g) removal of part of the second floor, to create a double-height space, adjacent to west gable (h) re-configuration of new internal partitions and stairs at first and second floors (i) installation of banners and signage to front (north) elevation
