Development description

Demolition works to the rear of his premises and change of use of the building (former nursing home) from a building subdivided into apartments into a single dwelling house. Also the construction of an extension to the rear of that single dwelling house. We are also applying for change of use of the ex-store room (former dispensary) located at the rear of the building into additional accommodation for the dwelling house and the construction of an extension to the side of the ex-store room (former dispensary). We also propose to create a ramp to the rear of the property for level entry to the additional accommodation, connection to mains services and all associated site works at his premises
