The upgrading of the existing dryer 3 building located within the milk processing plant at the tipperary co-operative creamery site at station road. The upgrade works shall include replacement of the existing pitched roof structure with a raised flat roofed structure together with alteration and refurbishment works to the building interior. The parapet height of the new flat roof shall be approximately 3.6 metres above the ridge height of the existing building roof which is approximately 22.5 metres above the ground floor level of the dryer 3 building.
