Comprising of the following: redevelopment of the existing listed nineteenth century stanwix alms house and the former director house a protected structure (recorded on the national inventory of architectural heritage, reference no 22312105) into nine one bedroom units, encompassing 510 m2 area, with nine new single storey extensions to the rear of each proposed unit. This involves the demolition of existing internal walls, external rear yard division yard and existing ceilings and wall finishes. Conversion of the existing two storey former directors house, 146 m2 of accommodation into a community facility. A five bedroom bungalow of 205 m2. Five one bedroom single storey terraced 57m2 social housing units. The development of associated hard and soft landscape, lighting, parking hard standing, drainage and bin storage to serve the three buildings around a communal landscaped courtyard. Including an external 72 m2 store. New gates and fences to existing gardens. New public access to existing gardens. Temporary works forming temporary access onto kickham street and connection to main sewers on kickham street. Petrol interceptors, attenuation tanks and connection to public services.
