Amend previously approved planning consents (tipperary county council ref 16/600565 and 20/46) for a solar farm. The development will consist of a modification to the previously approved on-site substation to allow for a 38kv electrical substation configuration within the solar farm. In order to facilitate the construction of the 38kv substation design, the previously approved 3 no. Battery storage units and approximately 240m" of previously approved pv panel area will be replaced. The 38kv substation will include the construction of a control building, an esb and ipp compound with associated infrastructure including a 38kv busbar, 38kv transformer, 38kv electrical equipment, lightning mast, and all associated ancillary infrastructure required for the project
