A solar pv development on a 92 ha site consisting of: (1) the erection of solar panels on ground-mounted galvanised steel frames, 198 no. String inverters attached to selected ground-mounted galvanised steel frames, 8 no. Transformer units, underground cabling, security fencing, cctv system with pole mounted cameras and landscaping; (2) 3 no. Site entrances with access gates utilizing existing farm field entrances which will be upgraded and internal accesses; (3) 1 no. On-site ipp switching substation and associated works abutting the existing cauteen 110kv substation; (4) a temporary construction compound; (5) all associated ancillary development works. The development can operate as an independent solar pv development and in conjunction with the solar pv developments permitted under planning permission references 17/600456 and 21/1109. The operational lifespan of the solar pv development will be 35 years. A natura impact statement will accompany the planning application
