The site is bounded by the bregawn residential estate currently under construction to the south, cathal brugha street and ard mhuire estate to the west, residential and amenity zoned lands to the north and east. The development will consist of the demolition of an existing agricultural building and the erection of 139 dwellings and creche on a site area of 4.51 hectares. The development is accessed from a new southern roundabout junction at the r692 upper green road ( clonmel road) and more specifically described as
- Demolition of existing steel portal framed and concrete block agricultural buildings
- 8no two storey two bedroom terraced dwellings
