Houses in a mixture of semi-detached, detached and terraced dwellings consisting of 23 no. 2-bed units (house types h, h1 [1 storey], house types e, e1, e2 [2 storeys]), 39 no. 3-bed units (house types a, a1 [2 storeys] & house type d [3 storeys]) and 43 no. 4-bed units (house types b, b1, [2 storeys] & house types c, c1 [3 storeys]); b) 30 no. Apartments at; block j (5 storeys) comprising 1 no. Studio unit, 4 no. 1 bed units, 9 no. 2 bed units and 1 no. 3 bed unit with a creche at ground floor (c. 313.1 sq.
