M welfare/office facility of c. 10m in length, 5m in width and 5m in height; 1 no. Surface mounted weighbridge; an electrical sub-station of c. 7.5m in length, 4.3 m in width and 3.2 m in height; underground holding tanks, infiltration areas and associated drainage pipework; pumphouse of c. 2.5m in width, 2.5 m in length and 2.8m in height; permeable and impermeable hardstanding; entrance gate and fencing and perimeter landscaping.
