Also applying for planning permission to (a) build a new single storey (ground floor) store to the rear (west) of the existing two floored extension. (b) carry out work in extending and modifying the existing retail shop along it's northern side, incorporating an exit route from the rear (west) of the property to the centra shop front apron adjoining the public road. (c) reconstruct a section of the existing residential unit -- no. 15 st. Laurences's tce. (section of no. 15 already removed and integrated to the retail shop -- pl. Ref. 03/251) and extend the retail shop into the full remaining part of no. 15 st. Laurence's tce -- this is a change of use from residential use to retail use. (d) relocate the existing off-licence within the existing retail shop. (e) modifying the front (eastern) elevational facade -- this is ancillary work to the overall proposal of extending the retail shop and includes extension of existing elevation and incorporating a relocation of the shop entrance and emergency exit and retaining the "centra" fascia lettering.
