The following works: the pitched church roofs to have copper material removed and replaced with an sika roofing standing seam membrane. This new roofing material also to extend over the existing exposed concrete structure. This work will include removal and reinstatement of existing stained glass panels and roof top crucifix and all associated ancillary work. Internally the pitched concrete roof structure to be painted with anti-carbonation paint coating. The church flat roof to have existing asphalt/torch on felt roof coverings replaced with an sika roofing membrane inclusive of all necessary ancillary works.
