The following works including the continuance to construct and the completion of same to an existing listed building, these works include, replacement of internal and external joinery with new double glazed hardwood sash windows throughout, removal of ad hoc rear annex extensions, redundant walls and enlarging and blocking existing openings to comply with fire and building regulations, leveling of floors, provision of replacement slate roof to the main building to provide sarking felt and insulation to same, replacement flat roof membrane to leaking rear retained annex roofs and re-rending the annex extensions and making good around all openings. Removal of internal structural walls and linings in poor repair and replacement of same with a new internal steel encased structure and walls as per engineers requirements, stiffening and replacement of floor joists and flooring throughout. Replacement of partially collapsed internal stairs with new deal stairs complete with balustrades and upgrade the stair in a fire protected enclosue, replacement of internal doors to fire rated door setts, provision of internal fire rated corridors to the apartments and retail unit, provision of shower rooms and en-suites to the apartments, provision of 4 no. Roof lights to the rear of the building, 2 no. At ground floor in the retail unit annex, 1 no. Adv to the stair enclosure and 1 no. To the top floor unit all located to the rear of the premises, including of the replastering of all of the new walls, linings, ceilings etc throughout.
