The building is to consist of a part single storey and part two storey bulding containing cafe, course rooms and shop with associated service spaces and part accessible roof garden. A new road access off the outer ring road is proposed and relocation of the existing bus stop. 40 car parking spaces, coach park and new boundary wall and fence treatments to the perimeter with new pedestrian access gates will be included.
