To provide a second pitch for underage games which is to have a 2.40m high weldmesh fence with 3.60m of ball stop netting over this, all around, a new 2.00m high weld mesh boundary fence to part of the southern and eastern boundaries of site, 7.5m high ball stop netting at each of the existing playing pitch, a 1.2m high retaining wall along the roadside boundary of site with the existing clay bank being graded and planted, a new 1.2m wide footpath, alterations to the existing splayed entrance and all ancillary site works
