The development will consist of the retention of the following elements: 1.8m high boundary fence and gates around and subdividing the site; provision of additional floor to building (to provide staff facilities) and increase a permitted footprint of building to comprise a 2 storey building of c. 246 sqm; enlargement of permitted anaerobic digester tank no. 3 to now comprise a tank which is 11.5m high and 26m in diameter; provision of 1 no. Wood chip air filter; repositioning of permitted bio filter no. 2 on site adjoining existing biofilter. Permitted development referred to above was granted under waterford county council reg. Ref. 11/455; an bord pleanála ref. Pl24.240543. Permission is sought for the provision of 2 no. Airlocks to the existing composting building and other site development works above and below ground as undertaken to facilitate development. The application relates to development which comprises or is for the purposes of an activity requiring an industrial pollution prevention and control licence (now replaced by an industrial emissions licence)
